Hi, we have a Windows Server 2008 R2 Terminal Server/RDS. When one of the user logon he cannot open the Mail (32-bit) application and even the icon looks different (check the second image). Nothing happens when double clicking Mail icon. Whereas there is
no problem for rest of the users. I have tried deleting his local profile on the TS but still same. Without opening mail application he is not able to setup his email.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
