We have a Windows 2012 terminal server that I built just over a week ago. When I try to add certain network printers I receive a 'Windows cannot connect to the printer. Unable to find a core driver package that is required by the printer driver package'. I have no trouble adding the same printers to any of our other 2012 terminal servers. I have tried completely removing printers and driver packages and re-adding them on the print server without luck. I've had no problems with HP Universal Printing PCL 6 drivers, but other model specific HP drivers cause this problem. MS drivers for Kyocera and Toshiba printers cause the error as well. Google searches have not helped. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
