Our custom LOB application running on Server 2008R2 gets an error 0x000022 whenever users attempt to run the application. It runs fine for administrators. Server is running as a VM on HyperV and is 64 bit and SP1. When users attempt to start the application, they get the following message: "The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000022). Click OK to close the application." I have remove Anti-Virus software with no relief. I have checked permissions in the system32 and syswow64 folders and the look fine. Any other suggestions?
