Minimal user rights needed to remotely kill user processes using tsadmin.msc

Hi all,

At this moment we have a Windows Server 2008 R2 environment with Citrix XenApp 6.5. Users sometimes complain about Word not responding and we would like our Servicedesk employees being able to kill the "WinWord.exe" within the user session by using TSADMIN.MSC.

At this moment the Servicedesk employees log on to a "Management" server. This is a Windows Server 2008 R2 server in application mode to allow more than 3 connections to it. From there they start TSADMIN.MSC to connect to an XenApp server.

When they connect to an XenApp server they can see all the user sessions, but when they go to the processes tab they don't see any processes. Only when I make them member of the local Administrators group on the particular XenApp server, they see all the processes.

My main concern is not giving the Servicedesk employees to much rights on the Citrix XenApp servers. Is there a policy or something which allow the Servicedesk to see the processes within TSADMIN.MSC without making them local administrators?

Greetz,
Barry
