I am having issues with a new remote desktop server. RD web access loads fine and remote apps work fine internally.
When I try and access RDWebaccess externally and try to launch an app, it prompts for credentials, I wait...and wait...and wait...and eventually it comes back with the following:
"This computer can't connect to the remote computer. - The two computers couldn't connect in the amount of time allotted. Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact your network administrator or technical support"
If via the collection settings I FORCE internal users to go via the remote gateway, it stops working as well for them, so clearly an issue with the gateway.
I am using a valid SSL signed cert (not self signed)
3389 and 443 are both forwarded to the RDP server and I can connect using RDP fine using the externally resolvable DNS name.
Any ideas on where to start looking?
