RDSWEB - Application will not load, I can see the app, I can click on the app but it start to load then disappears

HI

I'm running Windows 2012 RDSweb and I have quickbooks Enterprise application displaying. I can see the application and when I click on it the applications start to load but then disappears. I get no error and this is only happening to one user.

Please point me into the right direction.
