Hi Everyone
Long-time reader, first time poster here.
I’ve built an RDS farm comprising of the following servers and roles
2x 2008 R2 RD Session Hosts. rd-sh1.domain.com and rd-sh2.domain.com, farm name is rd.domain.com
1x 2008 R2 RD Connection Broker + RD Web rd-cb.domain.com
1x 2008 R2 RD Gateway (DMZ) rd-gw.domain.com
1x TMG 2010 (DMZ) used to publish RD Web
RD Web is configured to use the CB as the RemoteApp source, the CB is configured to use the farm’s DNS name (rd.domain.com) as the RemoteApp source.
I have an intermittent issue when connecting to published apps both internally and externally, I receive the following error:
"Your computer can't connect to the remote computer because an error occurred on the remote computer that you want to connect to. Contact your network administrator for assistance."
It does work occasionally, I can’t pinpoint the difference when it does work. Launching a remote desktop from RD Web works fine, as does using the remote desktop client connecting via the gateway.
Any assistance would be appreciated
Thanks
Matthew
