I have a Win2008R2 server that is an RDP server. I am using print driver mapping for redirected printers, and have hit a wall.
There's one printer - Canon iR3235 - that has its driver remapped to the Remote Desktop Easy Print driver. Nothing prints on it (Printer queue window says "Error").
If I change the driver mapping to another driver to test, the same result occurs.
The printer prints fine from my system, and also tested it from another RDP server and it printed fine.
Is there a way to reinstall the Easy Print driver?
