Windows server 2008 RD RDS Gateway has smart card support, according to the documentation.
1. Is there a definitive list of what smart cards and tokens are supported?
2. Is it possible to use this smart card support to provide 2 factor identification (i.e. password AND security token) or does the ssmart card/token REPLACE the password?
