Hello,
I m running Windows Server 2012 in a Lab Scenario in order to deploy a Windows 7 Professional Virtual Pool (VDI). I have all Roles and Services required installed in one single Physical machine.
I can create a win8 Pool Collection without any problems in Remote Desktop Services--Collection Section.
The problem is I cannot create a Win7 Pool. Here are the steps I followed:
- Install a fresh new copy in Hyper-V of Windows 7 Professional.
- Run Sysprep on the windows 7 image in order to make it a "Golden Master"
- Create the Collection...the task starts creating the pooled machines but never ends.
after several hours the system still reports: "the virtual desktops are being created..."
I have reinstalled a brand-new win7 machine several times and the problem persists.
Any ideas why is this happening?
Any help will be appreciated.
Additional info:
Server: Windows Server 2012 Datacenter Edition Build 9200.

Intel Xeon E5620 @ 2.4GHz Dual.

Thanks for any help.
