Start Bar keeps changing to auto hide after logging on via mobile device with citrix

Hello,

We're running a TS environment on Server 2008 R2 using citrix Xen app.

All works fine when accessed via PC client, however if a user uses the mobile citrix app (iphone or android) then the start bar is hidden until set in properties not to be hidden (users do not have access to this due to GPO) is there anyway to prevent the mobile app from changing this setting?
