We deleted the local profile to one of our users, and afterwards it appears that it wont appear a new one on the server so the user only gets a temp profile every time the user logs on so none of the tweaks and settings the user changes gets saved, email signatures etc. We do not use roaming profiles. And the issue appears on a Windows 2008 terminal server.
