RD Gateway stop working

Hello, 

I have an issue with my TS gateway server, I can't remote to TS server.

on my logs I got that :

On RD Gateway :

 

ID : 300 The user "Domain\user", on client computer "IP", met resource authorization policy

requirements and was therefore authorized to connect to resource "ts server".

 

ID 304 : The user"Domain\user", on client computer "IP", met connection authorization policy and resource authorization policy requirements,

but could not connect to resource "ts server". The following error occurred: "773".

 

 

On  TS :

 

Listener RDP-Tcp received a connection

Seems like TS receive a connection but nothing happens.
If I try since LAN, TS servers is available and I can remote on it.

It should be the RD Gateway server.

The only thing I did on RD Gateway is activate 25 licence for Users (Gateway is also licensing servers and DC), but I dont know if the cause of issue.

I reboot all servers as well and check services.

What is error 773 in  logs ?
