I'm attempting to remote into my PC which I left at university. When I tried this morning, I was informed that my password had expired. I went online to change the password and tried again only to find that neither the changed password nor the old password would allow me to log in. This happened to me once before and the only way I was able to resolve the issue was to log into the computer "in person". Given that I'm a few hours away, I'd rather avoid that if at all possible. Any suggestions?
