How to allow remote connections using FQDN in Server 2003?

I have Server 2003 Enterprise installed in my office and I can use it remotely from my home but using my office router's public IP address (Which often changes as I restart router).

I want to allow remote connections from outside of my office using server's domain name (i.e. 'computer_name.domain.com'). So I can connect to my office computer from my home by just using it's Domain Name, Username and Password.

I'm pretty much sure it's possible because I think I used to access my university computer from my home using it's Domain, my Student ID and Password.
Any words on this matter would be appreciated, thanks! :)
