This problem occur randomly but occur from many remotapp session applications.
We have a remotapp application that sometimes lunches adobe reader to view a report or lunches internet explorer to let the user log in to a particular website. The user sometimes opens a file chooser from adobe to save a copy of report to the local machine or uses IE explorer file browser to look for a file to upload it.
From adobe read or IE, when we open a the file browser the software closes! so if we open a file browser from adobe, adobe closes right away. same behavior with IE or any software that uses file browser. So when we re-open adobe or IE again and use the file browser it closes again. but after 3 or 4 tries it works.
Any ideas why this happening and how to fix it?

This issue is usually caused by 3rd party remotapp incompatible with MS remoteapp. Alternatively,I suggest you using the conventional remote desktop instead of remoteapp.You may ask the applicaiton vendor to see whether they can provide some fixes.
Well, the problem occurs on Microsoft software as well so if anyone would be compatible it would be Microsoft product. So it is NOT compatibility
as suggested.
