Hi guys,
I am trying to troubleshoot an issue with Office 2010 Standard installed on virtual Win2k3 Server SP2 x86 with TS (Citrix 4.5).
4 Gb of vRAM.
Both Windows and Office 2010 have been updated with the latest updates available.
Every now and then an Office application crash inside a publ. desktop for our users. The following error is displayed: Microsoft Office XXX has encountered a problem and needs to close." It happens with all of the applications in Office Standard, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
There is also an entry added to the Micorosft Office Alerts event log on the server when it crashes with the following info:

It's really hard to troubleshoot because it happens on different servers for different users, and without them doing anything out of the ordinary. The servers aren’t overloaded when it happens, not from what I can see anyways.
These servers had Office XP installed before; we uninstalled Office XP and installed Office 2010 Standard. Could that cause these issues?
What can I try? Any help would be appreciated!
