Hi,
It's a new setup and strange problem.
AD and W2k8R2 Terminal Servers, TS Profile Share on a NAS appliance, NTFS and Share permissions configured as recommended by MS, Users can access the profile share and the user's subfolders, no orphane references to roaming users found in HKLM (deleted profiles) on the server.
Problem:
New user logs on to a Terminal Server, the local user profile gets created %username% and properly uploaded to the roaming profile share at logoff as %username%.v2. When the user logs on again either to the same server or alternative Terminal Server, the roaming profile does not get copied to the server and a TEMP profile is created instead. The problem affects all users.
Event ID 1521, 1511
Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this problem?
Thank you,
Thomas
Windows cannot locate the server copy of your roaming profile and is attempting to log you on with your local profile. Changes to the profile will not be copied to the server when you log off. This error may be caused by network problems or insufficient security rights.
